I was just browsing ebay, mainly through boredom, when I came across several 42″ plasma TV’s all listed for around €150. Straight away you think SCAM SCAM, SCAM. Yet it appears people still bid for them. Why? (more…)

Best day….ever! Bank holiday monday dad, my brother and myself headed over to Santa Pod for the day.
It really is like nothing you’ve ever EVER heard before! The noise these machines make is unreal. We arrived to the sound of 3000Bhp drag cars racing down the strip and I thought that was noisy.

myspace itunes plugin

Ever felt the need to let people know what you’re listning to? For some reason I decided this is what I needed to do… dont ask why, I dont know myself…..
Anyway, I came across a website which allows you to download a plugin for iTunes which will generate an XML file. This linked in with some nice flashy scripting to do something with the XML data could be fun! (more…)
coffee table arcade

I’ve just started a new project, “Coffee Table Arcade” - it does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s a coffee table multimedia centre effectively. With a PC built inside a table, my guests will be able to play retro arcade games on it! ….. I’ve set up a website especially for the job.

swear filter

I’ve been working on a project recently which required a swear filter to check postings submitted on a forum type website. Thanks to everyone who helped build the filter - we’ve managed to get together over 240 “crude” words - I admin, some I’ve never hear myself.
